Question: One of the requirements for me to be able to retrieve my account is The First or Oldest Card Code (Photo of Physical Card or E-Receipt) when you say Oldest that would be like for how many years

Answer: The oldest card code that we will be accepted as valid would be the one close to the registration date or the first card code after the registration date here's an example

Registration Date: 2009 - we would be needing eCoin or Card  Code within that year

Registration Date: 2009 - First eCoin or Card Code is 2010 - we would be needing the eCoin or Card Code within that year 2010

You can and our representatives would be happy to check if you can send all the card associated with your account, remember that sending card code that can be seen over the internet or those that are unclear, unreadable, etc is subject to suspension see Card Code Sample for more details

 

Question: What if my Card Code doesn't register on my account after the "top-up successful" screen appears?

Answer: We would be needing the card code and the receipt coming from our official seller

 

Question:  VIP weapons refund

Answer: Once you have the weapon, you cannot refund

 

Question: I purchased Card Code or eCoin by mistake. Can I get a refund?

Answer: All merchandise sold through our official website [http://cf.gameclub.ph/] is "virtual" and intangible, and therefore, they cannot be returned

 

Question: I want to delete my account. Can I get a refund?

Answer: Unfortunately, as we cannot delete a character/account/clan for you at this time, it is not possible to receive a refund.

 

Question:  My account got permanently banned. Can I get a refund?

Answer: When you signed, agreed, and acknowledge our End Users License Agreement it is indicated under the termination agreement "If we terminate this Agreement under any circumstances, you will lose access to your Account for the balance of any prepaid period without any refund."

 

Question: I won some eCoin in an online contest, they gave me the code but it is not working or it is saying this error message

Answer: Please coordinate with the individual or organization who created the promotion or the one who gave you the code, the card code is already been used by another player. So maybe the promoted gave you a use card code. Please coordinate with them. We won't be able to assist you with this unless you have the receipt or message coming from our official resellers

 

Please avoid purchasing card code or eCoin to an unauthorized reseller
