How to create a CFPH Support account?

Step 1:

Click “Sign up”

Step 2:

Fill out the needed information and please use a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS  

Click the box beside “I’m not a robot” to get the CAPTCHA.

Step 3:

You will receive a verification link in your email, it is a confirmation that you can sign in to CFPH Support.

Step 4:

Login to your email and click the link to validate your account.

Step 5:

This will redirect you to the CFPH Support website and will require you to set a password.

Step 6:

Once you’ve set up your password you will be routed to the homepage of the website, here you can see:

My Activities, Submit a request and Your Name
