To check if the agent has already replied to your email, go to the main page of the website and click “Sign In”
After we've signed in help desk you can click on "My activities"
Here is a sample of what you will see on the “My activities” page. It will show how many tickets you have submitted.
"OPEN" - which means the ticket was newly created
"SOLVED" - which means we already responded to your query and you need to read it to determine the next step needed
To respond to the representative requests after the ticket got solved simply click on create a follow-up.
Once you've opened the said ticket make sure to read and understand what the next step is needed to work on your concern and please avoid creating a MULTIPLE TICKET,
