To check if the agent has already replied to your email, go to the main page of the website and click “Sign In”
After we've signed in help desk you can click on "My activities"
Here is a sample of what you will see in the “My activities” page. It will show how many tickets you have submitted.
"OPEN" - which mean the ticket was newly created
"SOLVED" - which means we already responded to your query and you need to read it to determine the next step needed
Once you've seen the status change from open to solved open the said ticket to determine what would be the next step
