In the Philippines, children who are below 18 years of age are considered MINORS. If the said child doesn't have any valid school ID or any valid identification card we will be asking for their parents' valid ID, parents birth certificate and child's birth certificate to make sure that the identity matches
For people 19 years old and above, if no valid identification card provided, he or she needs to provide a most recent [2020] Barangay Clearance with Receipt. or Barangay Identification Card Date Issued [Within the year 2020]

Under Article 171 in relation to Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code, the crime of falsification of a document may be committed, among other things, by counterfeiting or imitating any handwriting, signature or rubric or causing it to appear that persons have participated in any action or proceeding when they did not in fact so participate. The penalty for the crime of falsification is imprisonment of prision correccional in its medium and maximum periods and a fine of not more than P5,000.
