Requirements for Authentication and Verification

Note:  Never use an unauthorized email account or a friend's email account, if something happens in the future this will be considered Account Sharing which is not allowed in the players' policy

 

Please do not send expired or invalid identification card

 

Government Issued Identification Cards:

 

Philippine passport – Department of Foreign Affairs
Driver’s License – Land Transportation Office
SSS UMID Card – Social Security System
Digitized Postal ID – Philippine Postal Corporation
Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card or Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus - Digitized
PRC ID – Professional Regulation Commission
IBP ID – Integrated Bar of the Philippines
OWWA ID – Overseas Worker’s Welfare Administration
Diplomat ID – Philippine Embassy
OFW ID – Department of Labor and Employment
Senior Citizen ID – Office of the Senior Citizen
PWD ID - Republic Act No. 9442, amendment to Republic Act 7277, otherwise known as the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons
Voter’s ID – Commission on Election
GOCC and Government Office ID – branch or agency of government (Example; PNP ID, AFP ID, DENR ID, DepED ID, etc.)
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance [Valid/Current]
Police Clearance [Valid/Current]

 

Birth Certificate [ORIGINAL] :

National Statistical Office [NSO] or Philippine Statistics Authority [PSA]

 

For Students:

Student's (Elementary, High School, College) ID [School Year: 2019-2020]

 

In the Philippines, children who are BELOW 18 YEARS OF AGE are considered MINORS. If the said child doesn't have any valid school ID or any valid identification card we will be asking for their parent's government-issued ID, parents birth certificate, and child's birth certificate to make sure that the identity matches 

 

For people 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE, if no government valid identification card is provided, he or she needs to provide a most recent [2020] Barangay Clearance with Receipt. or Barangay Identification Card Date Issued [Within the year 2020]

The following Government ID is NOT VALID [as of this time] due to being able to acquire those Identification Card over the net and can easily be copied or counterfeit

We would like to remind everyone that you can automatically get banned due to falsification of documents Under Article 171 in relation to Article 172 of the Revised Penal Code, the crime of falsification of a document may be committed, among other things, by counterfeiting or imitating any handwriting, signature or rubric or causing it to appear that persons have participated in any action or proceeding when they did not in fact so participate. The penalty for the crime of falsification is imprisonment of prision correccional in its medium and maximum periods and a fine of not more than P5,000.
