You are only allowed to make changes in your secret answer once
If you need to reset your secret answer through the support staff, We need you to take a moment and send us two photos.
1. A selfie of you holding all the documents you have given us.
2. On a blank piece of white paper write ID ticket request number, Today’s date, and One of the documents you've sent us.
