How to attach a file to my ticket


To submit an attachment, please fill out your ticket first underneath the description you will be seeing attachment

You can either drag and drop files onto the square space or you can click on the "Add file" button to manually locate the file on your computer.



If you click on the "Add file" button, the browser will open up your main computer's folder and you can simply click on the appropriate file to attach it to the ticket.

If the file has successfully attached to your ticket, it will display an icon, highlighted in blue with the name of the file below the "Add file" field:

Note: The Maximum Upload File Size 7MB

If the file is bigger than 7MB, try compressing it:

Step 1 - Right-click on the file
Step 2 - Choose Send to
Step 3 - Click on the compressed (zipped) folder

This will make a smaller Zip file that you should be able to attach to your case
