How can I ensure I don't get banned for cheating?

To ensure your account does not get banned, use only trusted computer machines to play on secured servers. If you are not sure whether or not the computer machine you are using to play may have cheats installed, do not play. Never share your account or give out your password to anyone.

When will my ban be removed?

CFPH Team and Anti-Cheat Tool have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating on the game and any resulting account bans are PERMANENT. Neither we [The support Team] nor the Game Masters will be able to lift account bans, by the system due to cheating. While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating in order to maintain a fair game that all players can enjoy.

I wasn't playing when my account got banned!

When cheating is detected by the system, the ban may not be applied right away. You don't need to be online for the ban to be issued on the account and it can also be as soon as you log off and try to log back in you will get a notification that your account got permanently banned. It is impossible that you will get banned without playing the game, we would know the time and date that the account login and play.

My account was stolen! 

Anyone owning a gaming account is responsible for its safety. Regardless of who was using your account when the cheating occurred, you must take full responsibility when it comes to your account and the main reason why it gets stolen is because of negligence or information sharing

I want more information about my account ban! 

We do not disclose the cheats that were detected while connected to our server that resulted in an account ban. We have detailed records for each cheat detection, however, releasing this information would only benefit cheat developers. We can give you a piece of basic information or the layman's term being used for the said cheat, but for anything specific, we won't be able to divulge such information.
