How to close programs running in the background

Certain programs/processes may affect the activation of your game client. In this case, you can resolve the problem by closing all processes

<Solution>
[1] Press Windows Key + R to open a Run dialog box
[2] Type in 'msconfig' and press Enter
[3] Select 'Selective startup', and uncheck 'Load startup items
[4] Select [Services] tab (above)
[5] Check 'Hide all Microsoft services
[6] Click 'Disable all'
[7] Click Apply button and then click OK.
[8] Click Restart (Reboot PC)
