Question: One of the requirements for me to be able to retrieve my account is The First or Oldest Card Code (Photo of Physical Card or E-Receipt) when you say Oldest that would be like for how many years
Answer: The oldest card code that we will be accepted as valid would be the one close to the registration date or the first card code after the registration date here's an example
Registration Date: 2009 - we would be needing eCoin or Card Code within that year
Registration Date: 2009 - First eCoin or Card Code is 2010 - we would be needing the eCoin or Card Code within that year 2010
Our representatives would be happy to check if you can send ALL the card code associated with your account, remember that sending card code that can be seen over the internet or those that are unclear, unreadable, etc is subject to suspension see Card Code Sample for more details
